- Leonidas was a hero-king of Sparta, the 17th of the Agiad line, one of the sons of King Anaxandridas II of Sparta, who was believed in mythology to be a descendant of Heracles, possessing much of the latter's strength and bravery. This bust is made of bronze , giving the piece a classic appearance. It was made in Greece, stands 15.5 cm width, 29 cm high and weighs approximately 3.5 kg. All our bronze items, are cast in Greece, using the traditional 'lost wax' method. Each piece is unique.
